Analyze more than 2,000 customer feedback items monthly from www.lifetechnologies.com. Answer scientific and website inquiries, test, report issues, track open tickets and ensure timely resolution from the business to improve web site quality and customer experience. Present monthly statistics to eBusiness. • Escalate website outages and revenue impacting issues. Create tickets and provide essential information on workflows or failed practices. Collaboratively work to resolve items • Communicate customer pain points and current issues to eBusiness teams, Marketing teams, Customer Service, Tech Support, Customer Care and regional leads • From November 2013, reduced 1,000’s of broken links by 90-95% on www.lifetechnologies.com. Tracked all items fixed and published to production. Monthly progress reports completed
