Daily Duties at General Motors:
Manage 30 to 35 employees involved in plant production operations in Pre Trim I. Train, develop and evaluate employees’ performances and maintain training history for employees. Assist in implementation of process changes that drive improvements in quality, cost and productivity. Manage daily production operations to meet and/or exceed production schedules. Manage employees, production material and equipment while meeting quality, safety, and good housekeeping standards. Comply with terms of local and international agreements to minimize grievances and committee calls.
