Daily Duties at Dell:

Led global program management center of excellence supporting business intelligence. Direct reports include IT senior program managers (internal and contractor) assigned to multimillion dollar IT roadmap activities to upgrade, maintain, and introduce new functionality to software, “big data,” platforms, and components across every region and business unit in the company to include new acquisitions. Prior responsibility included ownership of 91 IT software applications across Dell to include the key customer relationships in the internal Corporate and HR portfolios. Global staff of senior IT program managers and business systems analysts enabled internal business customers to enhance, retire, or replace IT capabilities within their respective arenas. Enabled YOY achievement in the “Security 500” for Dell’s Global Physical Security/InfoSec.
