Hired to plan and organize outreach events, orchestrate health and fitness activities, and counsel clients individually on fitness and nutrition. Responsible for planning and organizing campus outreach events, participants included Wellness Interns. Researched, updated, organized and maintained a broad range of health information that was used during outreach events. Orchestrated health and fitness activities for intern staff to ensure attainment of goals during health and fitness events. Counseled clients individually on stress management, fitness, and nutrition. Educated peer on the importance of wellness, which included health and fitness.
