Recruited to design and implement incentive programs, manage events, assist fitness director, and oversee and implement daily operations. • Managed independent contractors for specialty classes and Group Exercise program with high retention rate. • Organized and managed annual health fair and special events. • Managed daily operations for one full fitness facility including: front desk staff and customer issues, facility usage and scheduling. • Assisted Fitness Director in annual budget process, board meetings, and committee meetings. • Conducted general and strength orientations for residents to become familiar with proper equipment usage. • Successfully maintained up to 10 hours a week of personal training and teaching group exercise classes while completing all job duties and other projects.
