Daily Duties at Elite Athletics:

In the beginning I was responsible for setting up all aspects of the business as this was a start up company. This include all HR processes, front desk operations, as well as setting up POS software. Once the facility opened I was in charge of all daily operations and back office administration. Back office administration included light bookkeeping, payroll, billing, and member questions. Also responsible for managing all staff. This included hiring, firing, coaching, and on boarding new recruits. Other duties included marketing, website development and updating, as well as promotional email advertisements.
