In this role, I learned how to be a good Administrator and Clinical Director for a Routine Home Care Hospice. This position includes Administration of office staff, supervision of Clinical Team, Troubleshooting, Scheduling, Conducting Staff Meetings, In-Servicing, Conducting Inter-disciplinary Team Meetings with Staff and Medical Director, Case Managers, training and orientation of new clinical staff members. This position requires an individual capable of multi-tasking, good organizational skills and exemplary supervisory skills.
