Daily Duties at Jordan's Crossing Hospice:
In this role, I perfected the skills needed to properly Administrate a Routine Home Care Hospice, while continuing to perfect Clinical Director skills as well. I provided Administration of the clerical staff, the Office Manager, CEO, Case Managers, Chaplains, Social Workers and Physicians. I monitored and maintained the facility’s compliance with all State & Federal Regulations, provided Supervision of Clinical Team-including conducting all Staff Meetings, In-Services and Interdisciplinary Team (Care Plan) Meetings with Clinical Staff and the Medical Director. I prepared Scheduling, Case Management, Oversight/Supervision of up to 30 employees, Quality Management, Policy Determination and Implementation. The Human Resources Director and I shared Training and Orientation of new Clinical Staff Members, while I Directed all Officers’ Meetings. I conducted most Potential Applicant Interviews. This position demands an individual with excellent organizational skills, supervisory skills and multi-tasking abilities
