Daily Duties at Christus Highland:

This role responsibilities of a House Supervisor; ie: assigning rooms for new admissions, attending Code Blues and Rapid Responses and compiling numerous reports for management. I answer telephone calls from various floors and units in need of a variety of helping tasks. I speak with family members, providing updates on family in ICU or CCU. Staffing for the upcoming shifts is crucial to smooth-flowing operations. I make routine rounds to every floor and unit. I am also responsible for securing supplies when they are not available on the floors. This position is a multi-tasking, troubleshooter position. I presently work various shifts. My explanation for departure of this position is due to a move to East Texas.
