• Provide business-consulting services to Department of Defense clients in Virginia and North Carolina. • Develop strategic plans and policies to achieve organizational long-range goals and objectives. • Implement measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to ensure standards of performance, resource optimization and organizational efficiencies are achieved. • Identify new business opportunities and capture plans to expand market share and revenue.
