Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:

• Maintain Calendars via MSOutlook as well as gather, develop and distribute meeting agendas as appropriate • Act as “gate-keeper” meeting independently with and/or screening those requesting to meet with Executive Director, thus, reserving and protecting the executive’s time • Prepare weekly pre-call agendas and materials based on in depth knowledge of client's business model, industry profile, current relationship services and planned client activities • Coordinate all meetings and events including reserving WebEx, internal rooms or outside venues, catering, managing internal/external invitations, agenda for marketing events etc. • Provide sales support including: Utilizing PowerPoint to gather and compile information for prospect analysis, annual client relationship reviews, as well as assist bankers with call preparation and prospect management • Provide back up support for fellow Sales Associates and Administrative Staff • Act as liaison for TMOs by managing relationships with Customer Service and Implementations to ensure clients are properly on boarded with all necessary products and systems requested • Prepare client pitch books, presentation materials and marketing materials as needed for the Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and bankers when they attend client calls • Manage Data Quality and Reporting; maintain monthly treasury pipeline accuracy by verifying deals that will close and portfolio reporting is accurate and current • Ensure training & compliance requirements are met for the bankers in a timely manner, monitor training, and work with the market to adhere to the clean desk policy • Establish partnerships with building services, IT and vendors for managing office and equipment resulting in uninterrupted business operations • Revitalized Crisis Management Policy to include the entire southeastern region and familiarize employees with the importance of the plan • Assist Mid-Corporate Business Manager with space planning of Atlanta corporate offices by working with corporate and business units to understand growth, internal office moves and improvement projects • Investigate budget discrepancies and increased efficiency of inventory system by streamlining equipment and saving over $30k in excess spending for the department
