Daily Duties at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co:

Manage team of 2 buyers (one each in NY and Boston) to source needs of 12 offices in US Manage procurement spending of $20 million annually Continually develop sourcing strategies for firm wide implementation including procurement best practices and process procedures Work as Project Manager with Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management teams on contract negotiations and MNDAs Collaborate with all departments firm wide including Facilities, Marketing, Design, IT, HR, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Global Custody, Event Planning, Legal and Client Service and Relationship Management to provider internal clients with appropriate vendors, competitive pricing, and expedited delivery Member of Procurement Strategy Development team which included purchase and implementation of e-procurement software and rewriting of firm’s best practices and procurement policies and procedures Project Manager on print, promotional, direct marketing, media, and events/conferences for Marketing, Event Planning, Wealth Management, and Investor Services
