Daily Duties at Custom Sensors & Technology:

Conducted effective, thorough and objective investigations • Provided HR leadership in the identification of training and development needs, partnering with leaders in the delivery of training initiatives that enhanced performance and success for their team members • Led HR program rollouts such as Ethics Compliance training and our performance evaluation system for assigned client groups • HR leader responsible for global talent management including succession planning and high potential employee identification and development • Lead and managed the global recruitment process for all leadership and professional positions Sr. Human Resources Generalist • Partnered with the management team on HR issues, policies, procedures and plans • Determined and recommended employee relations programs to maintain a positive and motivated workforce • Advised and counsels managers in handling difficult or sensitive employee relations issues • Reviewed cases of serious violations of Company rules governing employee conduct. Recommended and implemented actions appropriate for conflict resolution, including disciplinary actions • Led talent management team • Created and maintained open communication with the management teams of multiple areas to understand staffing needs • Facilitate selection decisions and extended job offers as needed • Responsible for Expense Control EEO/AA/Diversity Compliance and Analysis of the all hiring process facets
