Daily Duties at Benicorp Insurance Company:
Responsible for creating, building, and implementing the Human Resources function within the organization providing expertise on human resources strategies, business strategies, recruiting, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, communications, performance management, and employee relations. In addition I was also responsible for the customer service delivery with locations both locally and internationally and plan fulfillment (issuing of plan documents to members). Managing large team of direct and indirect reports: 100+ individuals and more than $16M budget. Effective delegation and accountability expectations, guidance, coaching, and feedback delivery. Project management, team leadership and consulting / contribution on major corporate initiatives. Organizational development and talent management. Strategic partnership with C-Level Executives. Operations continuity and synergy with HR functions. culture and employee engagement. Combine superior business acumen with proactive operations experience to dramatically improve organizational productivity and efficiency while ensuring enhance profitability.
