Selected to fill first Vice President of Human Resources role in company's history with the mission of upleveling existing HR structures and processes particularly focusing on recruiting and staffing, organizational development, succession planning, change management, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, communications, leadership growth, and employee relations. The organization lost nearly half of its trended revenue in 2008 due to the housing market collapse resulting in downsizing of 55% of the organization during the course of my 10 months of employment. Vice President of Human Resources position was no longer justified after reductions were completed.
