Daily Duties at Entertainment Cruises, Inc.:
Joined the company as the first HR Director after the merge of two successful companies. Oversee the Corporate HR and Payroll Department – Work with the executive team and other directors to build and manage the Entertainment Cruises’ organization. Responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, separations, administration of FMLA leaves, ADA, E-Verify, OSHA, and EEO-1 reporting, incident reporting, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws for the multi-state company.
