Fair Acres Geriatric Center Work Values

Daily Duties at Fair Acres Geriatric Center:

Clinical Dietitian responsible for both the initial and ongoing nutritional assessment of two hundred residents. Their needs vary from standard meals to tubefeedings. Instructional duties include nutrition education, weight loss, and basic nutrition. Management duties include food service management for the entire geriatric center on a rotating weekend basis. Monthly coordination with Nursing, Social Services and Activities Departments for periodic review of each residents overall condition.
