Daily Duties at Noven Pharmaceuticals:

Developer &, manufacturer of transdermal Transmucosul drug delivery systems. Manage engineering organization comprised of Calibration, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, Manufacturing & Process Engineering technology teams & Industrial Engineering. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, establishing department goals & managing crisis as they occur. Establishing & sustaining supplier & vendor partnerships. Work with in-house functional departments to ensure timely completion of all product & or process engineering related matters associated with new product / process introductions. Work with Manufacturing to ensure timely resolution of issues as they arise as well as to improve metrics. Also work to keep mfg. technology up to date. Lead efforts related to transfer of technology between R&D & manufacturing as well as between manufacturing sites. Managed Mfg. / operations department comprised of over 200 direct labor personnel.
