Daily Duties at King Systems Corporation:
Provide expertise on human resources strategies, business strategies, operations transformation, managing change, organizational policies and practices, and leadership / talent full-cycle development from selection to skill enhancement. Hired to rebuild and restructure all HR functions and Leadership Team within the business units. Manage large team of direct and indirect reports with effective delegation and accountability expectations, guidance, coaching and feedback delivery while keeping team informed and motivated. HR Leader for two plants: one in Ohio and one in Indiana. Led transformation of Indiana plant from manual labor to automate manufacturing increasing profits by 20%. Reports of 15 with a budget of $2.2M. Develop and continually optimize the organization's people / HR Team. As part of the Executive Team, develop the company's strategic plans with particular focus on the people. Enhance the end-to-end talent management process, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, team effectiveness, development, retention and succession with effective outcomes. Coach leaders in developing organizational capabilities and leadership capacity, diagnose organizational issues and develop plans to overcome them. Develop metrics for monitoring the performance of the HR function and organizational health.
