Daily Duties at Ascension Ministry Service Center:

Dynamic big picture business strategist responsible for creating, developing and leading all aspects of the human resources function. Partnering with the CEO and Senior Staff to ensure success of the business and fulfillment of the corporate culture objectives and strategy. One of a 4 Executives hired to take the vision of offering centralized services and turn it into a fully functional world-class Shared Services Center within 18 months. 22 reports in multiple locations across the United States. Directly oversees budget of $4.2M, but also responsible for setting a progressive and proactive compensation strategy for entire organization directly impacting a labor budget of $60M. Oversee the recruitment of key leadership, organization planning & talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations using skills in forming Strategic Partnerships with C-Level Executives; Change Management and Leadership, Operations Synergy, and Culture and Team Development. Contribute to making the company a learning organization by developing and implementing effective, relevant, and scalable development programs. Develop progressive and proactive compensation programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance. Coach leaders in building organizational capabilities and leadership capacity, diagnose organizational issues and develop plans to overcome them. Contribute to making the division a learning organization by developing an implementing effective, relevant, and scalable development programs. Built a highly engaged culture that embraces and demonstrates the values / mission of the organization while producing amazing outcomes. Strong P&L management. Project management, team leadership and consulting / contribution on major corporate initiatives.
