Daily Duties at Qbe North America:
SVP of finance. Accountable for all financial and management reporting. Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SAP. Responsible for the tax and treasury functions. Member of the M & A team leading the financial due diligence on all target acquisitions. Point person for independent and regulatory audits. Managed investment portfolio in accordance with group guidelines and local regulations. Broad experience with financial institution regulations and compliance requirements. Proven track record of leading initiatives and managing projects across the business to completion. Excellent leadership and management skills. Experience on brand building and alignment, management of large P & C programs across multiple distribution channels. Strategic partner to senior executive management team.
