• Americas Region Service Delivery Lead for a large scale ITO Application Migration, transformation and IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Engagement. • Lead multiple Data Center Relocations and migrations across the Americas region for a large global Pharmaceutical company. • Provided ops governance, client engagement and service delivery oversight for a large scale 24X7 ITIL based Engagement spread across 5 client entities in the Americas. • Authorizing schedule, dependencies, service levels, operating metrics and scope. Managing Service Management Leads, Project Managers and Client Team at CXO Levels.
