Director level Six Sigma Black Belt utilizing the DMAIC process to provide business solutions and improve operational performance throughout the medical center and its divisions. Prior Responsibilities: Managed creation and implementation of the $12.8 million Eagle Health Plaza (EHP). Organized and held internal Directors to budget and schedule for the 11.3 million Meridian Health Plaza. Manager of business development team including 2 direct reports to research and develop proposals for new system initiatives. Managed project-ranking process to gain approval from Senior Management committees, SARMC Board of Trustees and Trinity Health Board of Trustees. Served as SME for business development. Manage payer contracts in the Decision Support System (DSS). Provide analytics and scenario modeling to assist in payer contract negotiations. Support business planning through financial and statistical analysis.
