Liaised and negotiated contracts with senior-level executives at JR Roberts/SD Deacon General contractors, Honeywell/Rockwell, CH2mHill and notable architectural firms; secured strategic partnerships with nationally ranked companies and regional resources. Interfaced with local, state and federal agencies to determine air, traffic, water, environmental impacts and incorporated designated studies within throughout Construction phases to pertain to the demographic region.
