Daily Duties at Goodson Law Offices:
-Responsible for managing client portfolio's and act as liason between clients and loan modification departments. -Ensure that financial requirements for purchase are met for competitive sell by creating HUD proposals, uncovering property liens, examining property comps for perspective deals. -Creates sales projections in excel based on purchase price, market value, projected costs of doing business -Manage client expectations through active communication and ongoing discussion with loan modification agencies
