Oversee management, coordination, logistics, and planning of construction activity for greenfield Chevron Gorgon LNG Civils and Underground Services contract on remote offshore island. Apply and integrate LEAN Six Sigma policies and methods to increase Performance Factor (PF) and progress of operations. Supervise seven geographical work areas and a team of Area Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, HSE, and QA staff, including 1700 personnel and more than 12 million man hours. Serve on Chevron “One Island” Incident and Injury Free Leadership Team.
