Daily Duties at Trans Pacific Aviation Services, Inc. :
• Maintain books of accounts until finalization stage, Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book-keeping, reconcile and report, retro accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowance on a monthly basis. • Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and made or directed correcting entries. • Assist in employees evaluation process. • Provide input into goal setting process for the Company. • Plan, organized, assigned, reviewed, and evaluated the work of assigned professional and technical support staff • Assist with annual external audit and examination. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit. • Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit. • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
