Daily Duties at Abt Associates, Inc.:
Promoted into this role. Initially hired to better organize the international business and provide structure for project management and compliance. Initiated the international operations group setting up systems and process for the international side of the business when international business was gaining momentum at Abt. Performed a number of roles Progressed and promoted from Director of the International Support Unit to Director of Operations of the Health Division to Vice President of Operations for the International Line of Business. Go-to person for acting roles due to depth and breadth of company knowledge. Accountable to Executive Vice President and CEO for implementation of US$600 million book of business. Effectively led and developed 8 direct reports with overall responsibility for performance of staff of 200. Managed and mentored individuals and teams to meet ambitious organizational and professional goals.
