Daily Duties at Professional Detailing Network:
My responsibilities were to manage 35 representatives with 2 District Managers a sales force in a shared call basis. The representatives worked in a pod/team approach at that time to enlist a greater voice within a targeted physician's office. I was responsible for their professional development, field contacts, goals, and fiscal budgets.
