• Oversee all aspects of Interventional Radiology and MRI departments, including budgets, purchasing, equipment maintenance, federal and state regulatory compliance, as well as budgetary and billing compliance. • Coordinate staff to meet productivity standards for all invasive procedures for multiple departments • Assign and supervise radiology technologists and nurses in day-to-day duties to meet productivity standards and direct patient care • Provide direct support of departmental Quality Improvement initiatives • Perform daily charge audits and maintain departmental charge master, maintaining a 96 percent charging accuracy
