Daily Duties at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:
Managed relationship and communications between Global Development Program, domestic and international consultants, Contracts team, Legal, Finance, and Grants Inquiry departments. Provided project management support for the Contracts team by drafting, editing, and processing consultant contracts while regularly tracking the status of contracts. Controlled execution of contracts by coordinating internal and external signatures. Tracked contracts through contract request, development, and execution. Managed provisioning of detailed research reports for conflict of interest issues. Business analyst for the foundation Co-Chairs and Executive board members. Trained and mentored new administrators and assistants. Recommended primary photographer for foundation events, and volunteer photographer for the Foundation’s Visitor Center.
