Daily Duties at C2 Education:

o Manage student enrollments and renewals to drive center performance. o Conduct academic consultations with parents and students and recommend a customized study plan and enrollment option for each student. o Hire, manage, and provide ongoing observations and coaching to an assistant director and tutoring staff. o Ensure compliance with center operational procedures, facility maintenance, and data reporting. o Meet company scheduling metrics by managing efficient student and tutor schedules. o Responsible for center’s payroll and operational budget. o Conduct regular conferences to update parents and students on students’ academic progress. o Continuously build expertise in K-12 education and college admissions. o Actively participate in company meetings and training sessions. o Serve as C2’s brand ambassador by running events and building relationships with schools and the surrounding communities. o Work collaboratively with C2’s corporate marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies.
