Daily Duties at Res Care:

Responsible for the quality business of all Residential Services for the state of Washington to persons with disabilities. Lead all business aspects, personnel, financial and political functions, essential to maintaining existing business and growing new business with in my state. Provide oversight to ensure all operations are in compliance with policies/procedures as well as contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure quality efforts are responsive to the needs of persons served and in compliance with funding sources and regulators. Responsible for the effective management of multiple service lines
