Daily Duties at Casale Rent All:
•Manage daily branch operations of two locations. •Monitor sales and service of staff members. •Responsible for hiring and training new staff. •Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of current clients. •Complete inspections and ride-along with a sales and service staff. •Present branch service plans and budgets to District Manager. •Responsible for keeping the branch in compliance with EHS regulations. •Maximize collection of money at the time of service. Ensure all accounts are current.
