Daily Duties at Science & Engineering Services:
Provide technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, tradeoff analysis, and lifecycle costing. Efficiently generate man-hour estimates for proposals. Honed presentation and briefing skills to support top level management. Assisted in ITAR compliance on FMS cases. Effectively provide WBS cost reporting. Developed financial plans to assure availability of funds to meet project scope. Reviewed and evaluated reports for accuracy and briefed Program Managers of status of budgets and mitigated budget risks. Calculated and informed contracts department of funds available for de-obligations and or funding requests. Analysis of Cost Point reports. Sharepoint uploads of team reports.Maintained Contract Briefs. Set up Programs in Cost Point and maintained deliverables in Cost Point. Entered invoices and vouchers into Wide Area Work Flow for payment.
