Daily Duties at Army:
-Ensure all equipment is 100% operational. Ensure that all personnel are trained and know how to use the equipment. Develop training plans based on the current mission, and ensure that those tasks are completed based on the given timelines. Ensure that the first line supervisors are training there team in accordance with the training plan. Trains and grooms the first line supervisors to take over my job. Ensures that safety is the first priority.
