Daily Duties at Wds Global:

Provided technical support in the inbound call center for the customers who called in for wireless technology issues and solutions. The responsibilities consisted of answering customer's questions, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions for those issues. Responsibilities included keeping documentation, providing solutions in a timely manner 15 min to one call. Escalation of unsolved problems to higher level of computer techs. Wireless technology worked with included palm phones, Blackberry, smart phones of various providers good handle of computer systems and platforms in order to install and use software to work with wireless devices. Also a good knowledge and Use of web side and email accounts.
