Software • Labeling and filling. • Dispensing • Maintaining inventory. COMPOUNDING IN DALLAS:(CERTIFCATION FROM TEXAS GENERAL HOSPITAL) • High Risk compounding • Hormonal injections . • Testosterone Cypionate. • Testosterone Propionate. • Nandrolone. • • MEDIUM AND LOW RISK COMPOUNDING • CHEMO MIXING • Hydration preparation according to patients requirements. WORK HISTORY:  London Health Sciences Hospital in London on Canada from 2007-2012 PHARMACIST EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Checking of unit dose medication bins for patients.  Making sure delivery of right medications, right time to right patients.  Compounding of different medications including oral and extemporaneous.  Maintaining patient’s drug profiles and checking for improper dosages, duplication of same class and renal adjusted doses as required.  Trained in Drug Information and well aware of “Micro Medix”.  Sterile compounding including TPNS, CHEMO MIXING.  Other medications.  IV to oral suggestions, when patient is not NPO.  Calculation of dosages as mg/kg.  Inventory and par level adjustment of medications according to usage.  Labeling and filling of medications for unit dose bins.  Maintaining floor stock medications to different nursing floors.  WORK EXPERIENCE:
