Daily Duties at Military Professional Resources, Inc. (L3 I):
The C4I Senior Adviser for the Iraqi Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO) and the Multi National Security Transition Command Iraq (MNSTC-I) that provided support to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD). IRMO was formed by the US Department of State as a special organization to facilitate the rebuilding of Iraq. Based on the decision to dissolve the Iraqi military by the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) and destruction of Iraqi communications facilities during combat operations, Iraqi C4I infrastructure and capabilities were essential eliminated. As the C4I Senior Advisor for the MOD, I developed programs/projects to provide military standard radios; developed and implemented Command and Control structure/procedures; designed and supervised military base communications infrastructure installations, and trained/mentored an Iraqi MOD staff of 250 military and civilian personnel. I have developed a strong bond between the MOD and numerous Coalition and State Department C4I organizations. I have conducted numerous, complex and high priority special assignments involving extensive research and fact-finding to develop procedures and institutions.
What they like about Military Professional Resources, Inc. (L3 I):
You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
