Daily Duties at Glaxo Smith Kline:

I managed the creation, update and approval of R&D policies and SOPs. I created a new company Code of Conduct and Standards of Conduct. Project work included launch of a pilot data privacy project, as well as participation on a R&D policy and SOP harmonization project whereby redundant and lengthy policies and SOPs were optimized to promote greater understanding and compliance. For this project, I created a new control document governance process and accompanying database for the creation, approval and lifecycle management of company control documents. Further, I had responsibility for harmonizing and optimizing corporate control documents designed to deliver a net reduction in total policies.
