I was hired to be the completion expert for a company that was new to the area. Managed the regional Completions Department/ Lead 15-20 people in day to day completion operations/ Contract negotiations with local service companies. Responsible for the timely and safe completion of wells. With my experience also did drilling supervision when the need arose. Zero recordable incidents involving my completions people from 2005-2009.
