Oversee 2 fleets of equipment and 50-60 people including IT, Engineers, HR, Mechanics and the rest of the staff needed to run a stand alone frac operation. Responsible for bidding the jobs and revenues of 5-7 million dollars per month. Ensure that the division is running within company guidelines. Build client/employee relationships to insure best business practices. Develop and mentor team members to insure the job at hand or prep for upcoming promotion.
