Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
• Serviced syndicated and risk participated credits for Fortune 500 companies, individuals and professional sports teams. • As Agent (Lead) Bank, ensured notification of activity, pricing changes and funds were correctly dispersed to members in accordance with the Credit Agreement and other legal documents, including Letter of Credit Fees and FX transactions. • Continually maintained an over 99% accuracy rate, in addition to being one of the top CSRs in monthly production. • Participated in a number of projects including developing flow charts and procedures for Dealer Finance client servicing. • Instrumental in writing department procedures. • Utilized Journalism training by participating in a monthly newsletter for our department and business partners. • Organized all team building outings, staying within the allotted budget, as part of the Associate Satisfaction agenda.
