Daily Duties at Ftsi:
Promoted into this role from Northern Division Manager. Took on increased responsibility 0f 13 Fleets of equipment and 1100 employees. Ongoing involvement in hiring, performance, promotion, counseling and discipline of employees. Oversight on 4 yards in the Southern US as well as the light fleets that go with them. Continue to work with Risk Management to ensure a safe work environment. Effective use of the workforce to increase efficiency.
