Daily Duties at Ahm Mortagage:
Conventional and FHA underwriter-underwrite all conventional loans and all approve/eligible FHA loans as well as preparing the loans for closing. Responsible for underwriting and closing approximately forty loans per month, maintaining a pipeline of over one hundred loans for the largest account in the Atlanta branch. Due diligence underwriting prior to selling loan. Sales.
