Daily Duties at St. Vincent's Hospital:
• Led the day-to-day operations of multiple, high revenue-producing service lines with eleven direct reports. • Developed the Blue Cross Blue Shield Cardiac Center of Excellence. • Worked closely with the Medical Directors of each assigned service line to improve quality as well as patient and physician satisfaction. • Served on the implementation of the South Tower, expanding the Emergency Department and the Ortho/Neuro patient care unit. • Negotiated with vendors to efficiently provide supplies, equipment, and service for all assigned cost centers. • Served on the Magnet Designation Application Team. • Regularly served as Administrator-on-Call.
