To achieve positive outcomes, client's nutritional status, lifestyle, laboratory values, body composition were assessed. They were educated on portion sizes, meal planning, nutrition facts label reading, carbohydrate counting, food and behavior modification, and participated in grocery store nutrition education. My specialties included Food Allergies and Intolerances, Gluten-free diet, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Renal, Cardiology, Oncology, Weight-gain, and Weight-loss. As Vice-President, I participated in health promotion events, and performed management, financial, marketing, and business planning.
