Daily Duties at Versatility, Inc.:
• Implemented call center applications for inbound/outbound call centers for sales & marketing and collections. • Managed deliverables from work efforts for software configuration. • Managed project staffing and activities to maintain project schedule as well as change control, issue management and resolution, risk mitigation, and maintained weekly reports. • Implemented new call center functionality to enable resource management and provide for call list management while maintaining levels of service for inbound calls.
