Daily Duties at Army:

-Heavily involved in the long range planning of a large organization that consists of 6 separate unit's 2 of which are geographically displaced. Every two weeks, we would put together a 50-60 page presentation, based off of the 6 unit's stats of training conducted / will be conducted. Heavily involved in the compiling and archiving that data for future reference. Also, I was responsible for the publishing of yearly training guidance based on what the Army and chain of command wanted. This would lead to quarterly training guidance that would be published no later than 30 from the start of the new quarter. Routinely gives briefings based on any issues with the long range planning, the stats for the training briefing, training guidance and any other problems that would keep the unit from succeeding its mission. Heavily involved in share-point operations. I was the manger of that system and ensured that all personnel had the correct access and ensured that connectivity was maintained at all times. One of my additional duties was the ammunition manager. My roll, was to order all the ammo needed for those units who came to camp Atterbury to train for deployment. Due to logistical issues, only so much could be stored at camp Atterbury at any one time. So I would have gauge how much was needed every 3 months, and place the order for the ammo and not to exceed the maximum amount that could be stored.
