Developing and presenting district and school level professional development to school leadership teams to promote effective instruction, engagement, rigor, intervention, and knowledge of Common Core Standards. • Assessing needs and arranging targeted, engaging professional development to build knowledge and successful implementation of research-based practices. • Providing ongoing feedback related to implementation of research-based instructional techniques and sharing best practices and resources for building instructional leadership. • Co-facilitating professional learning communities, modeling instructional/leadership strategies, coaching leadership teams to implement rigorous instruction with higher-order thinking and real world applications. • Providing support in developing performance plans with rigorous professional development programs designed to build instructional quality and achievement. • Promoting the use of technology for teaching and learning, using multiple sources of compiled data to guide instruction and accelerate achievement.
